The Central Region covers the Coral Coast and Pacific Harbour along Viti Levu's Southern Coast: Beqa Lagoon, just south of Pacific Harbour, the Island of Kadavu, approximately 45 miles south of Viti Levu and the Lomaiviti Group off Viti Levu's Eastern Coast. The international flights arrive in Nadi, on Viti Levu. From here it is a short flight, drive or boat trip to most of the dive destinations in the Central Region.

This international hotel at Pacific Harbour, only a two hour drive from Nadi International Airport, has in addition to its water-front activities, an 18 hole Robert Trent Jones designed golf-course. The diving is operated by Aqua-Trek Beqa. This resort is the gateway to the famous "Beqa Lagoon".
