This small intimate resort is situated off the north eastern coast of Borneo on the beachfront of the Celebes Sea. One can walk around this 30 acre island in a half hour. The island is surrounded by fringing reefs, and at any part of the edge, the drop-offs are 1,000 feet. There is a spectacular drop off in front of the resort so divers can do as much off shore diving as they desire. Three boat dives are also provided during the day. There are trails on Sipadan Island for those who like to explore the forest and wildlife found on the island.

The beach bungalows are made of native materials and are equipped with bathrooms and ceiling fans. Some of the rooms have toilets and showers with centralized bath rooms. A large open roof top restaurant and bar with views of the ocean features meals, socializing, dancing and staff presentations.
