This is the dive destination with the underwater phenomenon found only on Yap, the home for a community of Manta Rays. Divers can observe giant Manta Rays on almost every dive.

We recommend our low cost air fares on Continental Airlines. There are many Continental cities which connect with Continental Airlines out of the west coast. Many of our divers combine Yap with Palau. There is a minimal cost to add another island to your destination.

Yap has a year round temperature of about 81 degrees. The water temperature ranges from low 80's to mid 80's. The dry season is from December through April. Yap is known for its stone money, carved from the rock islands of Palau. These large disks are still in use today. This island is steeped in ancient traditions, and we recommend an exploration of some of the villages.
